In the Clubber Portal you can see which Club Advantages (‘Vouchers’) you can use, and which ones you have used already – all at one glance!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I need to sign up to the Clubber Portal, even if I have a Clubcard already?

Yes, as having the Clubcard is not the same as signing up to our Clubber Portal. That’s why you will first need to sign up to the Clubber Portal, before you can sign in and view your Advantages.

What information do I need to provide when signing up?

You will need to insert your Clubcard number and date of birth to sign up. In the next step, you will be asked for your e-mail address. This e-mail address can only be used for one Club Account. If you wish to sign up more than one Clubcard, you will need to use different e-mail addresses.

How can I view my Advantages?

After you have successfully signed up, you can sign in to the Clubber Portal and view your Advantages. You can also change your personal information, and, for example, see which Advantages you have already used in the current season.

As soon as new Advantages become available, we will inform you automatically via e-mail about the new offers. For this, you will need a definite e-mail address, which is why only one e-mail address can be used per Club Account. This address cannot be used more than once.

How can I redeem my Advantages?

The Advantages are on your Clubcard: To redeem your advantages, simply present your Clubcard to a member of staff in the restaurant or store. You card will then be scanned, and the advantage will be automatically redeemed. Have fun using it!

My child cannot sign up. Where can we view the advantages?

You can view the advantages for children clicking the ‘Under age 16’ tab. You will then need to enter the Clubcard number as well as their date of birth. So that you have all the Advantages of your loved ones at one glance, we include the Children Advatages into the advantage newsletter that our adult Clubbers receive, as soon as new advantages become available.

I don’t have an e-mail address. Does that mean I will not receive advantages anymore?

New Advantages are available to all active Clubcard users and are automatically transferred onto your Clubcard. Therefore, you don’t have to sign up to the Clubber Portal for the advantages. However, registered members have the option to view their active and redeemed advantages online, as well as make changes to their personal information.

I don’t have an e-mail address. How do I find out about new advatages?

You can find out about the latest advantages at the information office by the Tower (in the French themed area).
